Len was born and raised in Oakland, California and over the past 20 years has served the residential real estate markets in the San Francisco Bay Area and Phoenix Metroplex.

Len's career in real estate began in Northern California in 1996 as a civilian case manager for U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and in 1998 transitioned into project management and oversight of new construction within the luxury home market of the San Francisco/Bay Area.

Upon his permanent relocation to Arizona in 2002, Len worked as an on-site real estate sales agent to several of Arizona's top US & Canadian condominium developers. In 2008 with more than 500 transactions under his belt, he left the onsite arena in order to be able to better service his client's needs throughout the entire Valley of the Sun.

Len is a recognized Certified Residential Specialist®, Accredited Buyer's Representative® and Master Certified Negotiation Expert® with proven experience in Primary Residence, Corporate/Personal Relocation, Vacation Home, Investment Property, Foreign National Representation and most recently was honored with the prestigious BETTER HOMES AND GARDENS REAL ESTATE Emerald Elite Award®.

With a previous emphasis on cross border Canada to Arizona Vacation Home and Investment Property purchases and listings, Len successfully closed more than 100 transactions with his "Neighbors to the North" who primarily hail from British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec.
Now with over 900 Arizona properties sold, including 200+ homes for the American Residential Income Fund, Len's experience, outgoing positive attitude and highly principled work ethic make him tops' in his field and a pleasure to work with.

In his spare time he loves relaxing with his amazing wife of 19 years and children ages 14 and 17. Some of his favorite family activities are watching his kids play sports, boating on Phoenix's 5 local lakes and anything else outdoors!

Danielle a rare Arizona native born in Scottsdale, epitomizes integrity, hard work and intense desire to help her clients get exactly what they want out of either their home purchase or home sale.

She uses these traits to help her clients through every step of the real estate transaction. Danielle’s natural and trained communication skills help both buyers and sellers immensely in the negotiation process. Danielle comes by real estate naturally as both her Mom and Great Grandmother worked their entire careers as real estate brokers earning numerous awards and accolades in their career.

Danielle’s leadership experience as a former operations manager further comes into play in finding that perfect home for her buyers and in selling a client’s home for the highest price. I was born in New Jersey, but grew up on the opposite side of the country in sunny southern California. I moved to Arizona in 2010 and attended Grand Canyon University where I graduated with a BS degree in Sports Management. I worked as the merchandising manger of the Arizona Rattlers Football Team for 4 years. In 2014 I developed a passion for Real Estate and have been an agent ever since. I love helping families find their perfect home. I also invest in real estate, and am part of a family owned residential redevelopment company.

Adam is a retired Army, combat veteran, and a Business Major alumnus of The Ohio State University, with a deep sense of duty and a commitment to excellence. Following a distinguished military career, he transitioned into the real estate industry, where he brings the same dedication, discipline, and integrity that served him well in the armed forces. He is an Arizona native and grew up in Parker, on the Colorado River. His journey began when he enlisted in the US Army at the age of 18. Over the course of 23 years, he had the honor of serving his country in various capacities and locations and chose to return home for his next chapter in Arizona. His education and time in the military taught him the importance of leadership, teamwork, adaptability, and qualities that continue to shape his approach to life and work. Outside of his professional life, Adam is a fun-haver! He is an avid river rat, off-road enthusiast, sports fan and cherishes moments spent with family and friends. As he moves forward in his real estate career, he remains committed to helping individuals and families achieve their real estate goals. He looks forward to expanding his reach and continuing to provide top-notch service to his clients. Additionally, he is dedicated to supporting fellow veterans in their transition to civilian life and helping them find their own paths to success.
